Almira Elise McKenzie passed away December 16, 2012 in the Spruce Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Reading Pennsylvania at the age of 72. Almira was born in Penn Wynne Pa. June 13, 1940 to William Cornelius and Almira Evelyn (Hepburn) Austin. Almira attended Catawba College; she began working in the early 1960's for the Spears Industrial Company. She is survived by her sons Mark (Angie) McKenzie and Richard McKenzie, grandson Colton McKenzie, sister, Evelyn A. Rider and brother, William C. (Tamera) Austin.
