Andrew J. Koralewski Sr, 37 of Toledo Ohio passed away June 10, 2024. Born February 3, 1987, in Toledo, Ohio to John A Koralewski and Kathleen A Perry.

Andrew was a loving father and uncle; he liked working on computers and watching his favorite sports teams.

Andrew was preceded in death by his father, John A Koralewski, grandparents Frederick and Alice Perry and Andrew and Marjorie Koralewski. Also proceeded in death by his uncle's George Ulch Jr, and Frederick Perry II, and his great uncle Daniel Perry. Surviving is his mother Kathleen A Perry, sons, Andrew Koralewski Jr, Anthony Koralewski, Dominic Koralewski, daughter, Destiny Koralewski, brother, John Perry, sisters, Idajean Perry, Michelle, Tonya, niece Sierra Perry, nephews, Matthew, Nathan Perry.

Services are planned for June 7th at Strawberry acres in Holland at 2:00pm.
