Bea Noble (Onsted) passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by her family, on May 5, 2012. She was born on March 15, 1931, in Spruce Pine, NC, to Retta and Weldon Onsted. Bea graduated from Scott High School in Toledo, Ohio, in 1949. Bea married the love of her life, Robert J. Noble, on May 12, 1973. He preceded her in death on February 21, 1985. Together, Bea and Bob lovingly shared three children: Suzanne (Eugene) Russell, Jon Bissonnette, and Stephen (Patricia) Bissonnette. She was the adoring grandmother to Megan (Steven), Sarah (Mark), Eric (Katie), Jessica (Andy), Stephanie, and Emily as well as five great-grandchildren. In addition to her family, Bea is survived by her faithful canine companion, Ike. Bea was a devoted foster mother to 27 children through Catholic Social Services. She was a leading saleswoman for Vanda Beauty and the JC Penney beauty and fragrance department. She was a coordinator for Maumee Valley Girl Scouts in the 1970s. Bea was very proud that she one of the first patient representatives at UT-MCO and was recognized for her dedicated and caring service. She also enjoyed gardening, genealogy, collecting antiques, and spending time with her family. A graveside service will be held at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park, located at 4210 West Central Avenue, Ottawa Hills, on Tuesday, May 8, 2012, at 11:00 A.M, officiated by Deacon Tom Carone.
