Billy Dean Kiser passed away May 19, 2022, at the age of 60. Billy was born in Port Clinton February 10, 1962, to Lonas and Virginia (Sutherland) Kiser. Billy worked as a flooring installer for many years. Billy is preceded in death by his parents Lonas and Virginia Kiser, one brother and 3 sisters. He is survived by his daughters, April, Angie and Andrew Kiser, sisters Joyce Gardner, Jean Melick and brother Stephen Kiser and his love dog Red. Billy will be sadly missed by all who new him and a Celebration of Life will be held June 18, 2022 from 1 to 3 pm at the Bay Township Hall in Port Clinton, Ohio. Service Details.
