Brooklyn Rose Leonhardt, 8 months, passed peacefully in her mommy's arms with all of her loved ones nearby on June 27, 2015. Brooklyn is the treasured daughter of Christopher Leonhardt and Angela Hill. She is also the beloved sister of Alexis Rose. Brooklyn was only on Earth for a short 8 months but she touched so many lives in that time. She had a way of brightening everyone's day. Brooklyn put a smile on everyone's face that met her. She was always a happy baby no matter what. Brooklyn was always smiling, loved to dance, gave the best cuddles, and waved to everyone. She loved to play with her sister, her sister's friends, and her cousins. She loved to cuddle with her mommy and play peek-a-boo with her daddy. Even though Brooklyn's life was brief, she was a wonderful gift to all that knew her and will be greatly missed. Brooklyn is survived by her parents (Christopher Leonhardt & Angela Hill), sister (Alexis Rose), Nanna & Poppa (Doug & Joyce Hill), grandparents (Ron & Molly Leonhardt) and (Kathleen Winters & Mark Lorenz), great-grandparents (Harold & Marie Skidmore), (Bob & Shirley Riley), and (Rose Leonhardt). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at 7 PM at Maison Dardenne Walker Funeral Home in Maumee, Ohio. Visitation for immediate family will be from 2-4 PM and visitation for family and friends will be from 5-7 PM.
