Caleb Matthew Berry

February 4, 2004 – March 31, 2026

SUNBURY, OHIO — With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of

Caleb Matthew Berry, age 22, who left this world on March 31, 2026.

Caleb was born on February 4, 2004, bringing light, love, and laughter to

all who knew him.

Caleb had a deep love for the outdoors and found joy in fishing, hiking,

and exploring nature. He had a passion for working on vehicles and

cherished time spent riding his motorcycle. His adventurous spirit and

kind heart will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing

him.

He is lovingly survived by his mother, Angela Banks (Brian

Hawksworth); his father, Shaun (Jenna) Berry; his sister, Jade Berry

(Aaron Murphy); and his brother, Blake Berry (Stephanie Dutton). He

is also survived by his stepbrothers, Austin (Kennedi) Hawksworth and

Alex Holcomb (Whitley Cordell); and his built-in sister, Alexis

(Kamron) Hempy. Caleb leaves behind his grandparents, Ila Banks;

Dennis (Mary) Banks; Mike (Sharon) Berry; and Patricia (Marty) Carty. He is further

survived by his great-grandparents, Carlene (Ray) Carty-Hamilton; his nephews, Larson,

Beckley, and Brewer; his niece, Zara; along with many cousins and extended family

members who will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Buddy Carty.

In honoring Caleb's giving spirit, he will be an organ donor, continuing to help others even

after his passing.
