Carole A. Swan, age 79 passed away June 11, 2016. Carole was born in Toledo, Ohio December 25, 1936 to Edward and Mary Martz. Carole loved dolls, butterfly's and being with kids. She is survived by her children, Edward, Gail, Jerry, Connie, Holly, Kelly and Deven, many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
