Cynthia A. Shaner (Haltermen) passed away on March 1, 2025, at the age of 69. Born on August 11, 1956, in Toledo, Ohio, she lived a life filled with love, family, and adventure. Cynthia is survived by her son, Vinson Halterman (Stephanie), and her grandchildren Charles Halterman and Emmaline Halterman. She also leaves behind her ex-husband, Charles Halterman, and sister Teresa Roland, as well as brother Jeff Miles and other extended family members.

Cynthia spent her working years in the dental field, where she made countless memories and touched many lives. In her free time, she enjoyed fishing, camping, and playing dice. Her love for these activities will be cherished by those who knew her.
