Diane Lynn McNeely (Bartow), 69, of Toledo, Ohio passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 29th, 2023, at St. Charles Hospital. She was born on November 29th, 1953, in Toledo, Ohio to her late parents John L. and Norma F. (Poling) Bartow. Diane is survived by her son Chad E. (Brieanna) McNeely of Point Place, daughter Carrie A. Bork of South Toledo; grandchildren Mackenzie, Morgan, Arianna, Ava, Kylie and Chase; siblings Sue Thanasiu, Rebecca (Dan) Bilski and twin sister, Deborah Downey; sister-in-law Cheryl Bartow as well as many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother John Bartow and brother-in-laws John Thanasiu and Frank Downey. Diane grew up in East Toledo alongside her 3 sisters and 1 brother. She graduated from Waite High School in 1972. She worked as a nursing assistant at Kingston of Perrysburg for many years. She loved collecting frog figurines and watching sports on television. She enjoyed watching NASCAR races, the Green Bay Packers and Ohio State football. Diane will be cremated at Caring Cremation Services. There are no funeral services scheduled at this time.
