Donald E. Zahs Sr. passed away at the age of 57 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo Campus, on December 28, 2011. Donald enjoyed working in his yard, watching karate movies and even taking karate lessons, he also liked collecting swords and ornate knives and listening to country music. Donald is survived by his wife Mary, son Donny Zahs Jr., daughter Dody (Adam) Watkins, and mother Gail, Brother Jimmy Zahs, Sisters Robin Planke, Pam Stine and DeeDee. Step grandchildren, Michelle Perry, Shane Dempsey, Angil Espino, Autumn Dempsey, Nautica Moore, Modesty Villolovos, Querino Espino, Devon Piepsney, Shelby Gleis, Sidney Gleis, Samantha Gleis, Michael Gleis, Deleisea Hamblin, Jasmin Hamblin.
