Everett Leslie Reeves Jr. passed away on September 8, 2021 At Ebeid Hospice Residence in Sylvania OH. He was a resident at Foundation Park Alzheimer-Dementia Care Center in Toledo OH. before entering Ebeid. He was born in Williamsburg KY. and later moved to Ypsilanti Mi where he lived most of his life. He was a member of the Ridge Road Church of Christ in Ypsilanti Mi. He is survived by his wife Margaret {Denoyer} Reeves three sons, Terry Reeves, Rob{Connie}Reeves, Randy Reeves., Three siblings, Doris Sharp, Charles (Pat}Reeves, Wanda Sizemore and neices and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Nora and Everett L Reeves Sr. two brother-in-laws, two nephews. He served three years in the army mainly in Germany as a helicopter mechanic. He worked 31 years at Ford Motor Company at Plymouth Sheldon Rd. He also worked as a delivery driver for Napa Auto Parts and Pinter Flowerland. Everett was jack of all trades especially talented in auto mechanics and home maintenance and repair and yard maintenance. He loved southern cooking especially soup beans and cornbread. He loved his coffee and pepsi and lemon pie and his truck. A memorial service will be held at Ridge Road Church of Christ , 1770 Ridge Road, Ypsilanti. Michigan on September 16. 2021 at 11 A.M. with visitation at 10A.M. until the time of the service Everett has been laid to his final resting place at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly Michigan
