Loving Father of Aviary Sting and Andrew Clay Swick, Son of Forrest Ward Swick Sr ( Frosty) and Donna Swick (Russell) . Loving Brother of Angela Swick and Andrew William Swick (Megan). Survived by nieces and nephew Cj Jacobs, Kayla Swick, Taylor Swick, Emily Swick and Madelyn Swick. Jay is Preceded in death by his father Frosty. He will be remembered by many family and friends .
