Frances Kay Diaz Frances Kat Diaz, age 81, was called Home to meet her Lord, and her old friends and family, on January 7, 2022, after a long illness. She was born in Toledo to Richard and Mary Ann (Buescher) Parkinson in 1940. She attended Central Catholic and Woodward High Schools in Toledo, and was a factory worker at Doehler-Jarvis and other factories. She was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic parish for years. Fran was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Mary Ann Hill, daughter Barbara Weiler, and son Michael Diaz. She is survived by a brother Jay (Wendy) Hill, and sons Thomas, David (Priscilla), and John Diaz, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 2240 Castlewood Dr, Toledo at 11:00 am on Thursday, January 27, 2022, with visitation prior to Mass. Arrangements are handled by Caring Cremation Services, Toledo.
