Francisco Delgado Cabrera born on July 28th in Acambaro, Guanajuato, Mexico passed away peacefully surrounded by family at his home in Toledo, OH on Friday September 11, 2026 at the age of 70.

He worked several years as a concrete finisher but his passion was running his food truck, Pancho’s Taco Grill. When he wasn’t traveling to auctions, local festivals, or catering he was graciously able to have his food truck located at the Holland Carry-Out. This is where he could combine his love of cooking, with meeting people, and being his own boss.

He is preceded in death by his father Antonio Delgado Figueroa, mother Maria Isabel Cabrera Sandoval, brothers Javier Delgado Cabrera, Jose Luis Delgado Cabrera, Fernando Delgado Cabrera, Estanisloa Delgado Cabrera, beloved friends Lorenzo DeLeon, Angie DeLeon, Ben Ward, and family cat Chloe.

He is survived and will be deeply missed by his brothers Sergio (Sandy) Delgado Cabrera, Martin (Mimi) Delgado Cabrera, Salvador Delgado Cabrera, Ezequiel Delgado Cabrera, sister Rosa Maria (Jose) Delgado Cabrera, his ex-wife Janie DeLeon Delgado, his children Angela (Micah) Delgado, Nicole (Justin) Deutschman, Francisco “Tony” (Kelli) Delgado, his grandchildren Benjamin, Elliana, Thomas, Noah, Jason, Jude, Piper, Leia, Brixton, several nieces and nephews, as well as several other family and friends, and beloved family dog Bootz.

The family will receive visitors from 3p-6p with service at 6p on Saturday September 19, 2026 at Bersticker-Scott Funeral Home on 3453 Heatherdowns Blvd Toledo, OH 43614. In lieu of flowers, the family would like consideration of a donation of any amount comfortable to the following Venmo account @Angela-Delgado-14. All funds received will be donated to The American Cancer Society Cleveland Hope Lodge.
