James Noble Bucklew James 'Jim' Bucklew, 82, of Perrysburg, OH, died on January 4, 2023, at home, with his loving wife of 21 years, Joanne, by his side. He lost a long battle with dementia and Alzheimer's. Jim was born November 17, 1940, in Terra Alta, WV, to Charles Robert Bucklew Sr. and Hallie Bucklew. He retired after 40 years with Value City Furniture as a Store Manager. Jim thrived being in the outdoors. Whether he was fishing, hunting, boating, or leisurely watching the birds from his porch, with his wife. Jim lived a full and happy life. Jim is survived by his son Aaron, wife Theresa; daughter, Patti Thieken; daughter, Christi Street; daughter, Heather Marie; step-son, Todd Hoste; grandchildren, Jamie, Nathan, Brittany, Aaron, Morgan, Zach, Calib, Victoria, Cara, Cayne, Ashlee, and Hailey; great-grandchildren (7); brother Ed, and wife, Carol; sister Janet Riley and husband, Bill; sister Joyce Barnicle and husband, Mike; sister Patricia Stubb; sister, Cheri Ledgerwood and husband, Curt; sister, Pam, and husband, Ernest Wilder; brother, Richard and companion, Pat Hamilton; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Charles R. Jr.; sister, Barbara Jean; and brother, William D. There will be a Celebration of Life service for family members and many friends at a time TBD this Spring, his favorite season.
