James Edward (Ceasear) Foster was born in Canton, Ohio on May 24, 1939. He was called home April 26, 2016. He was survived by his wife Merian C. Foster, his 8 children, and 4 sisters and 3 brothers. James served in the Army and the United States Air Force. He also worked for City auto stamping and AP parts. James had a love for bowling and fishing. He was proceeded in death by his mother Dorothy Lee Foster and his father Arlandis Hatley. His sisters Eva and Dobie.
