Jeremy Clinton Provo (Juice Bug) Jeremy Clinton Provo, of Toledo, died, March 30, 2016 at 11:14pm from complications from a previous heart surgery. He was born July 14, 1971 to Ernest Provo and Sylvia (Tomblin). Jeremy enjoyed karate as a child, he loved everything about it. He also loved to dance and enjoyed hanging out with his friends. He also spent time with his older brother and sister enjoying little kings with their mother. As Jeremy grew older he met his loving wife Amy. They were married on January 27, 2006 and he later became the light of his little girl's life. Jeremy is survived by his loving wife of 10 years, Amy Below-Provo; his daughter Rena, Step son Dalton Hovis (Sharon Downes) and granddaughter Ellicka Hovis. He is also survived by his parents Ernest Provo and Sylvia Tomblin, sister, Angela Provo (John) brother, Ernest Provo Jr. and nieces Nicole Smith "Cole" and Sabrine Smith "Bean", and his best friend Alphonso Vasquez "Papi Chulo" Jeremy was loved by so many will be missed but forever in our hearts.
