Joe was a cab driver for 30 years. He loved to BBQ.In addition to his parents Joe was preceded in death by Jim Grigsby(Step-Father)and his sister Belynda Bell. He is survived by his daughter's Angie (Jen) Urban, Christina (Johnathan) Bell, Kimberly (Mark) Bell, 11 Grand children; 4 Great Grand children; brother's and sister's Frank Bell, Darlene (Ernest) Clark, Dean Bell, Zola (Rob) Michalski, Jackie (Jerry) Young, Sam (Tracey) Grigsby , Nieces and Nephews.
