Joseph E. Mitchell, 72, passed away on January 5, 2019 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo. A memorial service will be held at 12 p.m. on Friday, January 11, 2019 at the Friendship Baptist Church, 5301 Nebraska Ave., Toledo OH 43615, with military honors to follow.
