The family of Joseph Arthur Tipping is deeply saddened to announce his passing on October 16, 2026. Born on December 10, 1959, in Toledo, Ohio, Joe lived a full life. He touched the hearts of everyone he met through personality traits and career. Joe proudly served his country in the Ohio National Guard.

The love of his life, Cynthia Tipping, preceded him in death. He will be met by Cindy in Heaven. He will be lovingly remembered by his siblings, children, grandchildren, and cherished friends.

A celebration of life will be held at Swanton Cemetery, S. Main St., Swanton, OH, on November 14, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The family thanks Hospice of Northwest Ohio for their compassion and care.
