Judy Ann (Cathers) Bland, 56, of Toledo passed away on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Judy was born on April 5, 1962 to John and Dorothy (Lang) Cathers Sr. Left behind to cherish her memory are her daughters; Dawn Marie Bland, and Melissa Rose Bland Stevens; grandchildren, Jessie, Mariha, Daniel, Brittany and Logan, Morgan, Ryan, Richard and Rose; great grandchildren, Amelia, Bentley, and Piper.; brothers Rodney (Cathy) Cathers, and James (Virginia) Cathers; sisters Connie (Robert) Alsip, and Rose (Glenn) Chambers; also surviving are many nieces and nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews. Preceding Judy in death were her parents John (Jack) Cathers Sr. and Dorothy (Dot) Cathers; brothers John Cathers Jr., Gilbert Cathers, and David Cathers; sister Sandra (Sam) Cutshaw.
