Karen Stark, 50 of Toledo, Ohio passed away Monday August 8, 2011 in the Darlington Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Karen was born on September 1, 1960 to Donald and Ruth (Douglas) Jack in Angola, Indiana. Karen worked for the Anne Grady Center for 10 years as an assistant. Surviving are her son, Aaron (Jackie) Stark, Daughter, Casey (Robert McCollough) Stark, sister, Peggy Myers, niece, Jessica Myers, nephew, Christopher Myers. A memorial gathering will be held at the Darlington House on Friday August 12th from 1-2:30 P.M. Flowers may be sent to the Darlington House prior to the gathering, or donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
