Keith born July 29th, 1951, to Charles and Arlette Stuart. He was preceded in death by his mother Arlette Stuart- Gilmore, father Charles Edward Stuart, and his brother Pedro R. Gilmore. Keith is survived by his Step-Father Roscoe C.
