Kelly S. O'Quinn passed away on July 3, 20l5 at his residence. He was preceded in death by his wife Joann (Gee) O'Quinn. Survived by children John ( Lisa) O'Quinn, Kellie (Ross) Perry, Sally O'Quinn, seven grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and special lady friend Judith Milstein. There will be a memorial luncheon Sunday July 12, 2015 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Maumee Senior Center, 2430 S.
