Louis J. Heberger passed away peacefully on September 3, 2014, under the care of ProMedica Hospice and surrounded by his children. Louis was born March 12, 1925, in Toledo to Louis W. and Grace (O'Neill) Heberger. After graduating from Lyons High School, Mr. Heberger served his country in the Army serving in the South Pacific during WWII. In 1949, he married Yvonne Horn and had four children, William, Georgia, Scott and Teri. After the war, Louis ran a garage, repairing cars and various machines, he later went on to work for the Chevrolet Transmission plant for 25 years. During his retirement, he sold real-estate for over 20 years. He also enjoyed gardening and time with his family and friends. Louis will be missed by those who knew and loved him.
