Michael S. Boyak, was born on December 28,1944 to Sigmund and Irene( Heidman ) Boyak. Michael passed away September 19,2013 surrounded by his family. Mike is survived by his children Dean ( Andrea ) Boyak and Dawn ( Joe ) Adams, grandchildren Kyle, Brendan, Rhandi and Angelea, sisters Shirley and Beverly and his brother Steven.
