Murriel Frances (Cousino) Cherry, age 76, Toledo, Ohio, went to be with our lord on Monday, July 13, 2015 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Murriel was surrounded by her loving family, passing peacefully in the arms of her daughter, Robin. Murriel was born in Oregon, Ohio on December 29, 1938 to Joseph and LuLu(Thomas) Cousino, whom have proceeded her in death. Murriel is survived by her children, son's: Ronald G. Hughes, Jr (Sheryll) Mark R. Hughes(Christina) daughter: Robin M. Chahanovich. Grandchildren, William Greif (Tonja), Amy Hughes(Darrel), Amanda Chahanovich (Damieon), Heather Delaney, Markie, Mark Jr and Marshal Hughes, 7 Great Grandchildren, Sister's, Virginia Cousino and Beverly (David) Hill, Godson, John K Hughes and many nieces and nephews. Proceeding Murriel in death, her parents, daughter: Sandra L Hughes (Nanners), Grandson: Reggie Hughes, Brother: Roger Cousino and Sister: Jane (Don) Dixon. Murriel buried her grandson, Reggie, just a month ago, and she shared a very special love with him. Murriel attended Clay High School and retired from Great Lakes Windows. Murriel dedicated her entire life to her family, Many a person called Murriel Grams. A true Dog Lover all her life, she is survived by her beloved dog, Bonnie Jo, who stayed by her side always. Murriel is best known for her beautiful art of crochet, making many people beautiful Afghans. An outdoor lover, Murriel loved to sit in the sun and work in the garden. Murriel loved to look for treasures in thrift stores finding many a trinket and such and was always on the go. Murriel helped many in need with her big heart.
