Nicole Marie Kosciuczyk

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Nicole Marie Kosciuczyk, who departed this world on August 3, 2025, at the age of 42.

Born on May 3, 1983, Nicole was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was the cherished daughter of Charles and the late Chanda.

Nicole was a gifted artist whose creativity was matched only by her kind spirit. Her artwork reflected the depth of her soul and left a lasting impact on everyone who knew her. She loved having deep, meaningful conversations just as much as she enjoyed a quiet night watching her favorite crime shows.

Nicole's greatest joy came from her family. She was a mother to Alexis, Zack, Leland, and Gracie, and a proud grandmother to her beloved grandson, Shane. She is also survived by her loving sisters, Amy, Sara, and Ashley; her grandparents; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins who will deeply miss her.

She will be laid to rest in a private ceremony, with her family choosing to honor her last wishes in a peaceful, and respectful manner.
