Pamela M Smith, 61, of Findlay peacefully passed away late Friday evening, September 10,
2021 at Promedica Hospital of Toledo. She was born July 23, 1960 in Bowling Green to the late
Marlene (Busler) Norman. On August 18, 1979, she married Roger Smith, who preceded her in
death on November 3, 1986.
Pam is survived by her four children: Joseph (Lynn) Smith of Continental, Alecia Bilger (Eric) of
Van Buren, Christopher Smith of Arcadia, Tasha (Brian) Smith of Findlay; daughter-in-law
Shannon Smith of Findlay; 17 grandchildren, two great grandchildren; three brothers: Scott
Norman, Jeff Yates, and Randy Yates; Aunts; Uncles; and several nieces and nephews; and many others whom
she generously loved and welcomed in her arms.
Pam is also survived by her life friend Bob Jordan, his children and grandchildren, who all held a
warm and special place in her heart.
She was also predeceased by her step-father Donald "Stoney" Stone and her sister Kim Yates.
With a generous heart, Pam spent her entire life loving her family, friends and many others that
were special to her. She enjoyed countless family picnics and BBQ's with her grandchildren
and loved to watch them play. Pam also spent many lively years dancing with friends.
With respect to Pam's final wishes, in lieu of funeral services, a private Celebration of Life
gathering will be held for close friends and family on Saturday, September 18, 2021.
In remembrance of Pam's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to
Associated Charities Fund through The Community Foundation of Hancock County.
