Phyllis Anne Kolling, age 72, passed away Monday, April 10, 2023. Born October 21, 1950, to the late Eugene and Nora Ferdon, she was a shining graduate of the Class of 1968, Sylvania High School. Shortly afterwards, she married her high school sweetheart, Roger Kolling, who died in 2006. Phyllis loved working at her job at Churchill's Market in those early years. In addition to her parents and spouse, she was preceded in death by her son Lee Kolling, who died November 6, 2015, and her longtime significant other, Joseph Seeley, who died December 12, 2022. Phyllis is survived by her daughter Kristy Kolling Veselich and her son Roger Kolling; her brothers Michael Ferdon and his wife Laverne, Dale Ferdon, Stephen Ferdon and his wife Pamela, Lee Ferdon, and her sister Julie Feeley; her grandchildren Hunter Kolling, Garrison Veselich, Celie Veselich and Alexander Kolling; and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. No service is being scheduled but Kristy will hold a private ceremony with her Uncle Lee in Ludington, MI. A Memorial picnic in Port Clinton, Ohio may be announced at a later date.
