Rachel L. Mannies, age 41 of Toledo, passed away June 8,2015. Rachel was born in Toledo on May 17,1974 to Daniel l. and Christine (Chagolla) Roughton. Rachel enjoyed singing, baking and her Pit Boxers, she also loved to be with her grandchildren. Rachel is survived by her parents, Daniel and Christine, her husband Tony, son Brian Lewis Neubert Jr., step-son Quantrell Thomas, daughter Christine Gonzales, sisters Lisa Vogel (Mike Willer) and Danielle (Anthony) Delgado, grandchildren Darren Washington and Isabell Webb.
