Richard L Cochran, 65, passed away October 23,2015. He was born to Luther and Retha Cochran on April 1, 1950. He was an April Fools Baby. He retired from Libbey Glass in 2006 after 40 years of service. He proudly served in the United States Army from 1970-1971 in Vietnam with the 82nd Artillery. Upon returning, he married the love of his life Connie Cochran on June 10,1972. Together they had two daughters, Lisa and Leslie. He was known by all, including close friends and grand kids as just "Rick". He loved life and lived it to the fullest, some of his many activities were camping,fishing and boating with his family, but his passion was music. He was former bass player/lead singer for The Silver Creek Band and The Sneakers Band, which he helped to form. He was a talented artist who liked to draw animated characters of all who knew him. You could always expect a practical joke on April Fools Day and he always got one on us all. He dedicated his life to Christ and firmly spoke of his dedication. He attended Shelton Park Church Of God inTemperance, MI. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Connie, Daughters Lisa (Tim) Lambert and Leslie (Tj) Paben 6 grandchildren Ty Brooke Rj Lacy Alex and Shelby Sister Joyce Durfey and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Luther and Retha Cochran, two sisters, Judy Lau and Janice Whatmore.
