Robert James Bartley Jr. (Junior), born on May 29, 1976 passed away peacefully in his home on Thursday January 27, 2022. Junior attended Libbey High School. He is preceded in death by his grandmother Betty Wilmarth, aunt Judith White & great grandmother Caroline Hoag. He is survived by his grandfather Jack Wilmarth, mother Diana Bobb, father Robert Sr., sisters Jenny ( Marcial) Uribes & Mariah Bobb, aunt Susan DiLorenzo, long time friend Elaine Fox, and many cousins & friends. He was involved in numerous community organizations & enjoyed helping others.
