Obituary

ROSCOE CRISPEN Roscoe (Red) Crispen, 82, of Winter Garden, Fla., formerly of Pemberville, Ohio, passed away peacefully on October 27, 2017 with his loving family by his side. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 60 years, Betty Crispen. Red was born on May 10, 1935 in Pemberville. He was the son of the late Floyd and Elsie Crispen. Red worked for Libbey Owens Ford in Rossford for 38+ years. He also worked for B&W Paints for 16+ years. Red was a man of few words but loved everyone's company. He loved spending time with his family including grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Red enjoyed cruising with family and friends. He also enjoyed snowmobiling and riding his Harley along with camping and boating. Red is survived by five children: Connie Schwind (Dennis), David L. Crispen (Debra), Michael A. Crispen (Rebecca), Steven K. Crispen (Chris),and Kimberly Crispen; seven grandchildren: Nathan and Scott Schwind, Brittany Clevenger, Amanda Huon, Joshua and Ryan Crispen , Shelby Crispen; and a special granddaughter Skylar Adams. Also, eight great grandchildren: Vanessa Watson, Michael Schwind, Hunter Schwind, Payton and Aideyn Clevenger, Austin, Zachary and Olivia Hunt; Two great-great grandchildren: Callie and Hannah Watson; Sisters Linda Egner and Nancy Reymone along with two special people in his life Wahnetta Crispen and Amanda Schwind.
