Sandra (Sandy) D. Hartford, passed away January 6, 2016 at the age of 60. Sandy was born in Toledo, November 14, 1955 to Lawrence and Effie (Crist) Hartford. Sandy move to Florida and was the owner of the Lake Jem Pub until she moved back to Toledo. Sandy loved to be in the sun and around animal and people. Sandra is preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Effie, husband Dale Potter and brother Charles. She is survived by son Robert (Tawuanna) Parks, daughter Michelle (Jason) Parks-Seward, brother Joseph (Rufena) Hartford, sister Pat (Sam) Lenix, sister in-law Joyce Hartford, and Nephew Joseph Hartford and 5 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Saturday January 16, 2016 from 12 to 5 p.m. in the Packer-Hamersmith Building at Person Park.
