Steven A. Kroeckel age 47 of Defiance Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at ProMedica Toledo Hospital.

He was born on December 9,1977 to Joseph Kroeckel and Cheryl Rickels in Defiance Ohio.

Steven liked listening to music, coloring, drawing and he enjoyed tattoos and spending time with family and friends. Steven was stubborn and hardheaded person, but he had a caring heart for the ones he loved. He always said he was "Superman" and determined to do things his way or no way.

Steven will be sadly missed by his mother Cheryl (Terry) Rickels, daughter Gabrielle Heckler, sisters Mickie Birr, Martha Gordon, Amber Blake. He also leaves behind 2 uncles, Grandmother Charlotte Pollock and many nieces & nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Kroeckel, sister, Christina Kroeckel, Grandfather Harold

Pollock, Grandmother Martha Wright, Aunt Kim Sonnenberg, Uncle Michael Pollock, and niece Angela Birr.
