Thomas E. Lewis Thomas E. Lewis age 64, born April 24th, 1951 to Kenneth & Viola (Sallows) Lewis left this world in the care of Hospice of NWO on January 8th, 2016 with his children by his side. He is survived by his daughter Shelly (Andy) and son Larry (Jenny). Granddaughters Mercedes, Morgan, Taylor, Marissa, Hailey and Jenna. Brothers Dale and Rick. Sisters Carol, Janet, Denise, Debbie and Lisa. He was precede in death by his parents and brother Kenny. Tom served his country in the United States Army. Per Tom's wishes there will be no services. A memorial get together will be held at a later date. Those wishing to make a donation may do so to Hospice of NWO or to a charity of their choice.
