Wilbur "Louis" Pattin departed this life on Wednesday May 18, 2022, at Hospice Of NWO, Louis, as he's affectionately known, was born February 3, 1939, in Toledo, Ohio to the union of William Lee and Nina Mae Pattin. Louis was the third of eleven children. Accepting Christ at an early age, Louis was baptized and a devoted member of St. Paul A.M.E. Zion Church where he sang in the choir. If you ever wanted to discuss The Bible, Louis was ready and could quote any verse in The Bible. Louis worked at Ford Motor Company until he retired in 1984. Traveling, roller skating, bowling, gambling, and spending time with family were a few of Louis's hobbies. Louis was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years; Linda Pattin, his parents, brothers; Roy and Henry Lee Pattin, sister; Mary Alice Pattin and grandson Kidon McCalebb. He leaves to carry out his legacy, sons; David and Justin Pattin, Donnell McCalebb, Daughters; Dawn (Anthony) Allen and Ro'Shae Barber all of Toledo. Brothers; Ronald, Michael, Anthony and Julius Pattin all of Toledo, Robert Pattin of Chicago, IL., Leslie Pattin of Greensboro, NC, and sister Delores Smith of Toledo.
