Obituary

William M. Fetters passed away March 2, 2012 at the age of 67. Bill was born in Toledo, Ohio on September 23, 1944 to William C. and Clarice Fetters. Bill served his country in the United States Air Force. He attended Libby High School and Howe Military Academy, where he graduated in 1962. Bill was a unique individual who had a passion for life and enjoyed it to its fullest. He traveled extensively around the country and the world. His love of the "finer things in life" inspired him to start his own business in 1983 with his former wife Pam. Woodstock Wine and Cheese was his greatest accomplishment and continues to thrive under the ownership of Pam and his son. Bill is survived by his son, William M. Fetters Jr.; sister, Carol L. Purcell; 3 grandchildren, Jeffrey, Jessica and Will; 1 great-grandchild, Luke; 2 nephews, Scott and Mike and 3 nieces, Jonna, Kimberlee and Wendy. Visitation will be at the Bersticker- Scott Funeral Home 3453 Heatherdowns at Byrne Roads Friday March 9th from 1-8 p.m. where services will be held Saturday March 10th at 1 p.m. The family requests donations to go to the Northwest Ohio Alzheimer's Association.
